About Me

In my role as therapist, I strive to help you gain
a greater understanding of yourself,
which includes an awareness about the underlying reasons for why you think, feel,
and act in the way you do.
​
I work with clients to release conditioning (established ways of being that may not
serve a person), and be more present in the
here-and-now.
​
I often work with clients to address unresolved traumas, which can be seemingly large or small. Trauma tends to be an experience that overwhelms or shocks us. These traumas can, even years later, continue to impact us in ways we are not fully aware of.

I am an experienced practitioner of yoga &
meditation. In addition to more traditional
therapeutic techniques, I enjoy incorporating
ancient wisdom from the great spiritual traditions
into sessions. I have completed specialized
training from the HeartMath Institute regarding trauma and using biofeedback in treatment.
